it must be banned nation wide)
11. multipurpose highways (Philippines, some  highway shoulders used
for drying palay grains, corns, etc. intended for emergency situations)
fast vehicles served as trap for accident passing this shoulders.
12. pedestrians don't use pedestrian lane/ foot bridge.

What part of the reasons the drivers under influence  of drinking
could be blamed?

under influence  of liquor weakens sense of sight, hearing impairment,
coordination, poor calculation (human error) compared to normal state,
negligence due not considering the present condition on driving.

Driving fast  on the way to blind spot (can't see the full sight due
to parked vehicles) a boy suddenly crossed  and was hit.

negligence ( not defensive on driving), I didn't see
(blaming the obstruction), I didn't know

On sharp curve  vehicle A is  driving not to fast the opposing vehicle
B not visible to A  both in collision. why?

I didn't see, thick fog, changed lane due to parked vehicles or obstruction
etc.   Make yourself visible even not visible to motorist, use the horn to
inform I'm  approaching!!! fog lights on.

Best Practices
1. Check vehicle condition before driving.
2. Don't drink alcohol in driving.
3. Always alert.
4. Expect the unexpected ( always defensive in driving)
5. Use horn, signal lights for caution, head lights on for
unfavorable condition warning opposing vehicle to overtake
in advance, hazard  signal lights  .
6. Give your right of way in times of emergency, unexpected movement
of vehicles, save yourself on collision (your life is more important )
7. Don't trust your mirrors there is a blind spot or limit of sight. see the
real corner of your vehicle too and discover its limit.
8. Beware of dogs.
